still doing the rocky project but also started a new series i've been thinking about for a while - characters from songs. starting with ola na tungee from the original words to eleanor rigby

the rocky project

at the moment i'm working on a series of pictures based on the rocky films (not including 5 though which i choose to believe never happened). i'm aiming to do about 15 paintings altogether and show them in their own exhibition sometime next year - still need a proper title though.. i spent may to july watching the films, looking for possible pictures and sketching then i started the paintings.
